Canyon Collection, these pieces feature the unique
stone pattern of Lapis Lazuli and Mother of Pearl, creating a stunning blue
and white combination. As a matter of fact, virtually any design found in
the
BG Mudd
Canyon Collection may be created with the Arctic
Collection stones.

While set in a traditional channel inlay
configuration, the pieces do have a unique inlay style. Rather than using
sterling silver as the channel, the artists use tiny hand-cut Lapis Lazuli
stones. These stones are very difficult to cut so tiny, and can only be cut
by the finest artists.
The Arctic Collection is created by the husband and wife team of Tim
and Sophie Thompson, two talented Navajo artists from the
BG
Mudd Guild in Gallup, New Mexico.
Due to the increased price of raw sterling
silver, the BG Mudd pieces
