Coyote – adaptability, cunning and wit.  Honored by Native Americans as a mischievous trickster.
Deer – always alert.  Quickly senses danger and exits fast.
Dragonfly – represents the late summer rains, a spiritual symbol.
Eagle – courage, inspires our spirit to soar to great heights.
Frog – fertility and general abundance of life.
Horse – expanding your potential abilities, communication and cooperation.
Hummingbird – passion, joy, luck, energy, and romantic love.
Lizard – regeneration, renewal, and transformation.
Mole – protector.  Provides insight to self-discovery.
Mountain Lion – solitary, silent, survives harshest environments.  Protect travelers.
Mule – tenacity, loyalty, and a strong work ethic.
Owl – guardian of both home and village.  Warns of danger.
Rabbit – alertness, abundance, success and prosperity.  Breed rapidly.
Raccoon – humor, playfulness, ability to inquire and scrutinize.  Insatiably curious and mischievous.
Ram – playfulness and determination to climb to the summit.
Raven/Crow – far-seeing prophecy, clairvoyant vision and strong magical powers.  Trickster.
Roadrunner – ability to survive in a harsh environment.
Skunk – respect and the ability to defend oneself in creative ways.
Snake – transformation, wisdom, wholeness, good fortune and curative powers.
Squirrel – playfulness and ability to plan ahead.
Turtle – protection, longevity, wisdom and patience.
Wolf – helps us eliminate our own weaknesses and nonproductive thoughts that weaken the spirit.
