Verkamp's is located just across the parking lot from the El Tovar Hotel and the Hopi House, right in the heart of Grand Canyon Village.
 
From Mather Point, go east on the South Entrance Road. Go past the stop sign at Yavapai Point. Go past the stop sign at Market Plaza/Shrine of the Ages/Park Headquarters.

Shortly afterward, you will come to another stop sign with a brown directional sign that says "El Tovar" and "Verkamps." This is where South Entrance Road becomes the Village Loop Drive. Make a right at that sign, going up a steep hill. At the top of the hill, make an immediate right into the parking lot. Straight ahead you will see our dark brown, wood-frame building. Come on in and say hello!
