It is important to us at Verkamp’s that we maintain personal contact with
all of our guests – those who visit our store on the South Rim, as well as
those who visit this website. So, to ensure your complete satisfaction with
your Verkamp experience, we will conduct each transaction personally. To
help us with this process…

Select “Order Now” next to any items you wish to purchase to place
them in your shopping cart. Keep in mind that until we speak by phone and
verify the order, there is no obligation to purchase the items. And
remember, prices may be subject to change. We will verify all current
pricing at the time we verify your order.
2. Fill out the rest of the form with your contact information. At this
time, we need your name, your phone number and your email address. These are
important so we may contact you to verify your order. Also, use the second “Comments”
box on the form to ask us any questions, specify colors, or to
make any other inquiries. You don’t even need anything in your shopping cart
to use this feature - if you just want to chat with us. Remember even though
the shopping cart will say “Last Chance”, there is still no obligation to buy
anything, since we do NOT take your credit card information at this time.
4.
Once we receive your order through our shopping cart, we will contact
you as soon as we can to let you know the availability of your requested
items.
5.
If the item is of a one-of-a-kind nature, we’ll email you pictures
and descriptions of other pieces we feel may suit your needs.
6.
We’ll talk on the phone, discuss
shipping charges,
ask for your payment information…
7.
….and then, we’ll send you your purchase, typically using either the
US Post Office or UPS.
8.
Finally, rest assured that we will NEVER share your personal
information with anyone.
